Every DUSKITTEN piece is made to be kept — but if something isn’t right, returning it is simple.
Your 14-day return window
You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to withdraw from your purchase — no reason needed. This applies to all orders delivered within the European Union.
How to start a return
- Fill in the Withdraw contract form with your order number and email address.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email right away, and our team will follow up with the return instructions.
- Send the item back to us. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll simply cancel it.
Your refund
Your refund is issued to your original payment method immediately after we’ve received the returned item and verified its condition.
Please note: items should be unworn beyond trying them on for fit, with all hangtags attached. Items showing signs of use may be subject to a value reduction, in line with our Terms and Conditions.
